Did you know that we have been blessed with a gift that deepens our relationship with God?Happy Sabbath!The 7th day Sabbath was instituted by God. I learned about the Sabbath when I was 6 years old at school and that was 55 years ago. I have been told that I look like I am in my 40s. Not sure of that…but I do know that the 24 hours that God has blessed and designated holy has made it possible for me to live a faith-based life, eat a plant based diet, and has allowed me to achieve optimal health.God knew that we would need one day, from Friday sunset to Saturday sunset for spiritual, mental, and physical renewal.
