The Bible is our guide book. Some people view the Bible as a list of rules or a compilation of “do this and don’t do that.” But for those of us who love God, our perspective is: The Bible is God’s voice, revealing His character and His expectations of the children that He gave His Son, Jesus Christ, to die for. God’s gifts did not stop at Jesus’ sacrifice, and the Plan of Salvation. If we choose to be faithful then we will receive the reward of Eternal life. Do you believe that God, our Heavenly Father, always knows what is best? Our lives reflect our relationship, faith, and trust in God.
God’s Omniscience protects us every day from making devastating decisions and dangerous mistakes. And have you considered that our Father places restraints on Satan, who uses people, places, and things in an attempt to destroy us spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically? Whether God’s divine intervention [His decisions] prevent us from making life-altering errors or delivers us from the dilemmas we place ourselves in through disobedience, we can be thankful for God’s never-ending supply of love, grace, and mercies.
I love having an over-protective Heavenly Father. Each morning, I turn my life over to God and obediently submit my will to His will. It feels great to be loved this much. “… I have loved you with an everlasting love.” Jeremiah 31:3. I know that God has great plans for me. Who else can make the promise that He will never leave me or forsake me? Even in my darkest storms of hardships and sorrows, God, my Father promises, “I will never leave you or forsake you.” After reading Psalm 91, I am in total agreement that, “Yes, our Heavenly Father always knows best.”
